Being an athlete is not always easy!

Throughout my 20-year career as a world-class javelin thrower and triple Olympian, I've faced countless challenges. I wasn't the most naturally talented athlete, but I maximised my potential through hard work and mental training, often with the help of a sports psychologist.

When I started the goal setting coaching with Ásdís I wasn’t sure where it would take me or how much it would help me. Now I have worked with her for about half a year and today I look at my goals completely differently and with different emphasis.
